Medical Miracle Collective operates in strict compliance with California Health and Safety Code §11362.5 and §11362.7. We serve only legally qualified patients and caregivers. We provide a community based solution for the need to safe access to medicine for patients suffering from HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, and other serious illness.  We provide safe and affordable access to a wide variety of medication, including quality herbs, cuttings/clones, concentrates, & a assortment of speciality items.As a member of our collective,  we will do our very best to provide premium quality medication for your individual needs as recommended by your California doctor.

Under no circumstances whatsoever are services provided to persons who are not qualified under California law. You must become a registered member to obtain services. Medical Miracle Collective only provides services to members with a verifiable  letter from their physician recommending medical cannabis use. We will not provide any services until our staff has verified your recommendation and the status of your physician’s medical license. In order for you to become a registered member of Medical Miracle Collective and gain access to our physical location and/or free delivery service, you must satisfy the following requirements:

1. You must be 18 years of age and above.
2. You must have a current California Doctor’s Recommendation Letter for Medicinal Cannabis.
3. You must possess a valid California Driver’s License or Identification Card.
4. You must agree to the membership terms of Medical Miracle Collective.

There is only one way to join the Medical Miracle Collective:

In Person

Join in person by bringing the ORIGINAL copy of your doctor’s letter of recommendation and your state-issued photo ID to Medical Miracle Collective during regular operating hours. If you have a state or county issued medical cannabis ID card, you may bring that as well. (Please note that medical cannabis ID cards are optional under state law.) Your membership will be pending until we verify your letter of recommendation. You may not be able to receive same-day services if we are unable to contact your physician.

Your membership is valid until your letter of recommendation expires, or for one (1) year after the issue date if there is no expiration date indicated. Membership is “at will” and may terminated by you or by Medical Miracle Collective at any time.
